We are a small business specialising in buttercream cakes and cupcakes, based in Mildenhall. Our shop is open for individual cakes and bakes on Saturdays too.

Open every Saturday 10am-4pm and it's always absolutely packed full of sweet treats!

The menu changes every week, but you can always find cakes, brownies, cookies, blondies and rocky roads to treat yourself to.

... And the owner (Hi, I'm Yasmin!)

After a few years of saying I'd love to open my own cake business, I finally took the plunge in May 2020, and Sapphire Cake Co. was born!

My little business has grown rapidly ever since and I couldn't be happier with how it's all going - and it certainly wouldn't be possible without my wonderful customers (you guys!).
